Location of Servers and Transfer of Information to the United States

Your information is stored on Christy A Schmidt’s servers located in the United States. We collect your Personal Information on the Site in order to enhance the services we offer you. Log Files

The Site’s web and ad servers log information about a user’s IP address, browser type and the current URL the user is requesting. This information is always provided by a user’s browser and automatically logged by most websites. These log files are stored in a secure location and used in our internal analysis of traffic patterns within our website.

Nonpersonal Information

Like many sites, we obtain Non-Personal Information such as IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser types, the name of your ISP (internet service provider), information about where a user comes from before arriving at our Site, what pages a user visits, the order of those pages, and the amount of time spent on each. A vendor performs this service for us by sending a cookie to gather this information, compile it, and report to us. We respect the privacy of our users and will not disclose or distribute our user list to any third party, nor will we permit anyone else to do so. We also do not make available for rental our list of those registrants who have expressly provided us with their permission to receive third party offers as part of their user profile.

Sharing Your Information

We do not rent, sell, or share with third parties the Personal Information we collect from you on this Site except (i) to provide information or services that you have requested, (ii) with your permission, or (iii) under the following circumstances:

The Site contains links to third-party web sites. If you hold your mouse over a link, it will indicate whether clicking the link will send you off our Site. 1. Third party vendors we engage to provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, web-site development, and support, have access to Personal Information, but they have contracted not to disclose the Personal Information or to use it for any purpose other than providing the requested services.
2. We use third parties to provide credit card processing, e-mail service providers and hosting services on the Site. When you sign up for such services, we will share your user information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your user information for any other purpose. With respect to credit card processing, we do not collect, store, or process any credit card information. These features are small content modules that users can embed on sites and may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, or set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Children

Cross-border Transfers
